Job Description : Persistent Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer-Junior to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorizations, including FedRAMP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) , to ensure compliance across systems and applications.
- Design, develop, and secure IT and Cloud-based solutions , ensuring robust systems engineering and seamless implementation.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of large-scale Cloud solutions in both federal and commercial environments.
- Support and manage Federal Assessment & Authorization (A&A) and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities, ensuring security compliance and risk mitigation.
- Ensure adherence to Federal policies, processes, and standards for IT security, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.
One or more of the following : IAT II, IAM II or IASAE II certifications.
2 years (1 year of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security experience at a Government agency similar in size / scope to DoD or VA).
