Key Responsibilities:
- Live On-Site: Reside in an agency-provided apartment during your 7 days on duty.
- Support Daily Living: Help residents with personal care, meal preparation, and daily routines.

- Engage with Residents: Facilitate group activities and social events to enrich their daily lives.
- Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate documentation of the care provided and monitor residents' progress.
What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate individuals with a passion for working with adults with IDD.
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal direct supervision.
- GED or higher education required.
- Must have a valid NC driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
