The Role
As the Event and Community Manager, you will be the CEO's strategic partner in both operational excellence and community growth. Your primary goal is to create seamless support systems and engaging experiences that drive organizational success. You'll lead by managing complex calendars, stakeholder communications, community initiatives, and special projects with precision.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CEO's complex schedule and multiple email inboxes while coordinating community programming
- Lead and mentor support team members
- Design and execute executive-level events, speaking engagements, and community gatherings
- Plan and execute detailed travel arrangements and event logistics
- Drive special projects and community growth initiatives
- Serve as primary communication liaison with stakeholders and community partners
- Manage program implementation and support onsite workshops and recording sessions
- Coordinate with personal assistant on business, family, and community logistics
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all operational and community touchpoints
Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting founders or C-suite executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-suite, Canva, and Asana
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Dallas (75230 area)
- Experience with project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
