About the Role
As a member of our lean but fierce recruiting team in San Francisco, you will partner with our engineering, design, and product leaders to define their hiring strategy, build candidate pipelines, and grow our technical teams - all while delivering a world class candidate experience. Persona is one of the most unique and innovative companies to recruit for, with our technical team being no exception. This role is primarily based in our San Francisco office, with required in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Relocation assistance is available for anyone located outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
What you'll do at Persona
- Full-cycle recruiting : Collaborate with leadership to scope profiles, source, manage and close candidates.
- Thought partnership : Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs, make hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy behind technical talent at Persona.
- Drive decisions with data : Use your knowledge of the market and data to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to hiring partners.
- Experimentation : Test new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience.
- Problem solving : Create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle problems and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events.
- DEIB practices : A diverse team will make a stronger company and a safer internet.

Compensation & Equity
This salary range is the estimated base salary range. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
