- Inventory Management: Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and optimize equipment lifecycles.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to align goals and achieve client satisfaction.
