Maintenance Supervisor
Our site in Union, IL is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a maintenance supervisor to lead our skilled trades team. We are adding multiple high-tech machines to our site and need an experienced leader to implement the critical aspects of a successful maintenance strategy.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for all facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and execute a critical parts strategy to ensure minimal production interruptions.
- Partner with operations team on constrained assets and analyze data on down-time.
- Develop strategy to address repeat issues and implement best practices to ensure maximum performance of assets.
- Develop and lead a team of talented technicians.
