Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead the expansion and optimization of IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) and related applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core business systems and processes, specifically in manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting. This role will play a critical part in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and addressing evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Management and Support:

• Lead the development and implementation of IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP modules across manufacturing, operations, quality, finance, and supply chain.
• Perform system setups and configurations to support business operations.
• Provide recommendations on version control and system upgrades.
  
  

Reporting And Analysis

• Design and develop Crystal Reports for various business needs.
• Generate actionable insights through report analysis for stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and security across systems.
  
  

Project Management

• Plan, manage, and execute ERP-related projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Create and execute system-testing activities for releases and upgrades.
  
  

Collaboration And Training

• Work closely with IT Infrastructure teams and external vendors to maintain ERP reliability in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
• Provide training and support to technical and non-technical users on configured solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to align business applications with organizational strategy.
  
  

Documentation And Compliance

• Document system configurations and testing protocols to support quality compliance.
• Establish and enforce standards for IQMS usage within the organization.
  
  

Travel Requirements

• Travel up to 25% for project implementation and support.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks, including configuration and implementation.
• Strong experience in Crystal Reports design and development.
• Solid experience delivering and implementing ERP solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in SQL and ERP system integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plastics manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Experience integrating IT systems from acquired companies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in SQL queries or Oracle.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and move within the facility.
• Ability to perform light lifting as needed.
  
  

Additional Information

• The role is based in Boyertown, PA, with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday through Thursday).
