The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, as well as generating new sales leads, and achieving team-set annual and quarterly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
- Inbound calls from marketing leads and drive sales initiatives.
- Leverage CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Proven sales experience, particularly in wireless telecommunication
- Excellent customer service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
- Experience in negotiation and telemarketing to drive sales growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
