We’re seeking a PPC Specialist with deep experience in PPC and paid advertising to manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and other key platforms for our personal injury law firm clients. You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, tracking, optimization, and performance reporting with a focus on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft, and other paid media platforms
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bid management.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, copy, and targeting to drive lead quality and reduce CPA.
- Report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to the personal injury legal market
- Stay current on industry trends, ad platform updates, and best practices in legal advertising
- Understand and comply with legal advertising ethics and regulations across platforms
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align with the company's goals and strategies.
- Utilize various tools and platforms for ad campaign tracking, including pixels, cookies, UTM parameters, and attribution models.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Paid advertising is a must. 3 years of experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven success with lead generation campaigns in the legal or high-cost service industry (personal injury experience a big plus)
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SEM, PPC, CRO, etc.
- Strong copywriting and ad messaging skills tailored for legal audiences
- Experience with lead attribution tools (e.g., CallRail, WhatConverts)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven with a focus on ROI
- Excellent communication and project management skills
