Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and documentation.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding personal injury claims, environmental regulations, and securities compliance.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive client representation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong legal research skills with proficiency in using Lexis-Nexis or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced law office environment with attention to detail.
