Main responsibilities include :
Preparation of Lien Demand letters and follow-up
Request Medical Records using an online portal - requesting, following up, and saving medical records
Skills include :
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, scanning, and proofreading
Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and data entry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Must be able to multitask with ease
Must be proficient with Adobe Pro, Asana proficiency preferred
1 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury law firm experience preferred
Job offers 401k, Profit Sharing, Pension Plan, and health insurance contributions after vesting periods and are subject to eligibility requirements
