Door-to-Door Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) – Verona, WI Surrounding Suburbs

Are you outgoing, self-motivated, and looking for a flexible part-time opportunity to earn some extra cash? I’m currently looking for a Door-to-Door Marketing Assistant to help grow my client base for EcoWash, a local company that specializes in pressure washing for homes, driveways, decks, fences, and also offers deck and fence staining services.

About the Role:

This is not a sales position. You’ll simply be talking to homeowners to see if they’re interested in booking a free estimate for any of our services. If they are, you’ll collect their name, phone number, and address, and pass the lead on to me.

You’ll work directly with me, the Division Manager, and will also have the option to go out on your own during your free time.

I will train you on the process of door to door so there is no need for previous experience, while it is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Go door-to-door in Verona, WI and surrounding suburbs
• Engage homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
• Offer a free estimate for pressure washing and/or staining services
• Collect and record leads (name, phone number, address)
• Submit leads directly to me for follow-up

Compensation:

• $12/hour base pay
• $3 bonus per qualified lead (includes name, phone number, and address)

Schedule:

• Typical hours: Weekdays from 4PM to 7PM
• Weekend hours are optional
• Make your own schedule – work as little or as much as you'd like, either alongside me or on your own.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable, respectful, and good with people
• Must be comfortable walking and talking outdoors
• Must have a phone or notepad to track leads
• Must have a means of transportation to and from the neighborhood we meet in
• College or high school age student

Hiring Process

• I will conduct interviews via a 30-60 minute zoom call.
• I will then reach out to you 1-3 days after to give you a decision.

Additional Notes:

You will not be an employee of EcoWash. You’ll be working directly for me, the Division Manager, to assist with growing my division’s client list. You will be paid directly by me, not EcoWash.
