About us
Personal preference program (PPP) is a Medicaid program that gives an individual with a disability the ability to Tailor their caregiving needs.
Under this program the consumer has the ability to:
-Choose their caretakers
-Offer a flexible schedules
-Establish a plan of their care needs
I am a 40-year-old male with cerebral palsy. Need help with ADLS.
Duties include: light housekeeping, groceries, errands, meal prep and assist with exercises. Assistance with transfers, dressing, and bathing.
32 hrs. a week. PAY IS $20 hr. Additional Hrs Available(details in interview)
Fri & Sun are 6 hour shifts. Weekdays 4 hrs.
Also seeking on call backup care so if you need extra money
offer flexible schedules shifts can be negotiated.

Desired qualities: Responsibility, attendance, excellent communication, and the willingness to be on call if necessary
Vehicle and valid drivers license required.
Job schedule
