House Manager & Admin Support – Join Our Family & Business Team!
Hello! We are a busy, entrepreneurial family of five looking for an experienced and highly organized House Manager & Admin Support to help keep our home and businesses running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing household management with administrative and social media tasks.
Position Details:
Location: North Naples (Airport & Immokalee)
Schedule: Flexible - Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, daytime hours to be determined
Responsibilities:
Household Management
- Oversee the daily operations of our home, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Provide childcare support for our three fun and active girls (ages 5, 9, and 11)
- Plan and prepare family-friendly meals
- Manage children’s laundry and help maintain an organized home
- Assist with evening routines, including bath time, pajamas, and tidying up
- Coordinate household schedules, appointments, and activities
- Organize and oversee household tasks such as inventory, grocery lists, and minor errands
Administrative & Social Media Support
- Provide administrative support across our real estate, plumbing, and speech-language pathology businesses
- Manage emails, schedule appointments, and handle basic customer inquiries
- Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling content
- Help draft and edit marketing materials, blog posts, and promotional content
- Organize business-related files, invoices, and documentation
