Marketing and Creative - Client Experience Representative
ROLE:
- Email marketing
- Social media posts, interactions and maintenance
- Update and maintain website to be current and strategize SEO
- Client outreach programs and opportunities
- Public relations placement
- Media advertising
- Creative ideas brought to the table for new business and enhanced client experience
- Assist in elevating the company presence within the event industry
- Collaborating with all departments: sales, culinary, operations, to weave creative vision and marketing excellence
- Designing and Printing menus and labels– in theme / aesthetic
- Create proposal designs for incoming inquiries
- Seasonal and Holiday menu design updates and creation
- Collaborate on seasonal menus and photo shoots
- Event Chef’s Lists
- Event Follow Up Procedure
- Respond to and Direct Incoming Inquiries
