Personal Touch Cleaning, a top cleaning and maintenance company, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee our janitorial services for Homeowner Association Communities in San Diego County. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to manage multi-site services for Portfolio and High Rise Associations and Condos, while training and supervising teams to drive improved performance.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of janitorial services provided by multi-site employees at Homeowner's Associations across San Diego County (e.g., Downtown San Diego, Vista, Escondido, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Fallbrook, etc.).
- Possess in-depth knowledge of cleaning services, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure employees adhere to company protocols, offering coaching to enhance performance.
- Implement and uphold quality control standards.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and promptly.
- Coach and motivate staff to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed quality expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, onsite teams, and vendors.
- Demonstrate the ability to transition between projects and work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Provide daily and monthly community inspection reports.
- Review and maintain schedules for employees coordinating needs for additional staff members when needed
- Spend 85% of time in the field, driving and working remotely using company phone and laptop.
- Completed job coaching, warnings, terminations and on the job training for new hires
Experience, Required Skills and Abilities:
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH)
- CA DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Minimum of 2-4 years of leadership/managerial experience leading a team in an operational or related environment
- Proficient in CRM database systems & Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
- Hospitality experience or education a PLUS
- Professional, positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated
- Requires little supervision and able to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with excellent time-management skills
