Pay : $75-$125 per visit
Job Details Overview : As a Physical Therapist with Personal Touch Home Care, you'll play a crucial role in providing direct physical therapy services based on the physician's plan of care. Your responsibilities will include :
- Assessing and evaluating the therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status of patients.
- Participating in the development of comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Evaluating the home environment to ensure it supports the patient's rehabilitation goals.
- Assessing muscle strength, mobility, gait, range of motion, and the patient's potential for rehabilitation.
- Instructing patients / caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances to support their rehabilitation journey.
