Job Responsibilities
- Verify and review client eligibility for home care services through various systems and databases.
- Process and maintain client documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary paperwork and eligibility requirements are met.
- Assist with data entry, updating client records, and tracking eligibility statuses in Excel.
- Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to gather required information.
- Resolve eligibility-related inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or some college coursework is a plus).
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an office setting or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and other related software.
- Ability to work well within a team, sharing information and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, manage large amounts of data, and use basic functions (e.g., formulas, sorting, filtering).
