Home Care Office is seeking a medical receptionist. Responsibilities will include prepping charts, answering patient phone calls, taking new patient referrals, scheduling appointments as needed. This is a very busy, fast- paced office that needs someone who is dependable, organized and the ability to multitask. Position is a full-time position Monday thru Friday with no weekends or holidays. Employees will work closely with the administrator and friendly office staff in a team-oriented atmosphere. Candidates must be able to work calmly under pressure, be able to multitask and have great organizational skills while maintaining a nice demeanor. - Good customer service skills -Excellent computer skills
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties
- Team oriented -Must be dependable
