RN Supervisor Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring resident health and well-being, and assisting the Director of Nursing Services.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing care services and staff
- Respond promptly to resident requests
- Promote facility safety programs
- May act as Infection Preventionist Nurse
- Assume nursing responsibilities in the absence of leadership
Qualifications:
- State RN license
- 2 years nursing experience
- 1 year in leadership
- Interest in geriatrics
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with dementia preferred
