Comprehensive Patient Assessment Clinician
We are looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner to conduct home-based health assessments for vulnerable populations. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:
Our competitive compensation package ranges from $2,200 to $11,000 per month based on completed visits. We also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
