Licensed Practical Nurse - Family Medicine Meadowbrook (Part-time)

Responsibilities

Part-time position (approx. 30hrs/week) with Monday-Friday hours and Saturday rotation. Eligible for sign-on bonus. The role involves screening patients, assisting in care planning, and providing nursing support in accordance with Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing regulations. Responsibilities include:

• Obtaining patient history and performing specialized procedures.
• Ensuring care areas are stocked and instruments are sterilized.
• Facilitating communication between providers and patients.
• Evaluating patient health status and directing care.
• Managing diagnostic test follow-ups and patient education.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to HIPAA.
  
  

Qualifications: LPN diploma or associate degree, 1 year clinical experience, and required licenses. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
