LPN (License Practical Nurse)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day and night shifts at our Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for geriatric care, a valid TN LPN license, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications, including IVs
• Recording vital signs
• Providing resident care and treatments
• Educating residents and families
• Communicating with healthcare professionals
• Supervising CNAs
