Responsibilities

Seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Eugene, OR. The role involves providing comprehensive care for acute and chronic conditions in primary and urgent care settings, including telehealth. Responsibilities include:

• Outpatient patient care, including pre-operative procedures.
• Evaluating patients and establishing diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Performing clinical procedures within the practitioner's scope.
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
• Communicating effectively with patients about their care.
  
  

Requirements: Current PA/NP license, DEA licensure, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Work schedule: 4, 10-hour shifts per week, no weekends.
