Essential Functions
License/Certification: Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington within 6 months; AHA BLS required.
Experience: Recommended experience in acute hospitals/nursing homes.
Pay: $39.86 - $59.79 per hour; Schedule: 8-hour shift; Work Location: In person.
- Document accurately in medical records and field charts.
- Respond appropriately in code situations.
- Apply professional skills to patient care and follow treatment plans.
- Coordinate patient care with relevant services.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement therapy plans.
- Operate treatment devices correctly.
- Educate families and providers.
- Perform complete assessments and teach patients.
- Assist in selecting adaptive equipment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and department software effectively.
- Communicate cooperatively in the workplace.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement activities.
- Complete mandatory learning requirements timely.
- Maintain current registration/certification.
- Participate in department meetings.
