Primary Care Physician - MD - Medical Director

Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time clinical physician lead to provide high-quality geriatric care to residents and home-bound patients, under the supervision of the CMO. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering complex care in collaboration with non-physician practitioners.
• Engaging with facility leadership, patients, and families.
• Overseeing 5-15 nurse practitioners/physician assistants.
• Auditing medical orders and documentation.
• Identifying growth opportunities in skilled facilities.
• Participating in call processes for acute conditions.
• Focusing on quality outcomes and compliance.
  
  

Qualifications include a medical degree, board certification, and strong communication and organizational skills. Salary range: $187,000 - $230,000/year.
