Job Title: Leasing Specialist
Reports To: Operations Manager
Salary: Competitive Pay DOE, Plus Commission
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with occasional weekend availability needed
Location: Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, and Surrounding Areas
We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our PTM team. If you have a passion for helping people and creating lasting connections, this is the opportunity for you! What You’ll Do:
As a Leasing Specialist, you will be more than just a liaison between the property and our residents – you’ll be the bridge to their new home. You’ll nurture relationships from the moment a potential resident first inquires until they are settled into their new space, guiding them through each step of the leasing process with care and attention.
Your role will include:
- Building lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Answering inquiries via phone and email, offering a personalized experience for each prospective resident.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings, ensuring that each home feels like a perfect fit.
- Communicating clearly about application processes and eligibility to potential residents.
- Traveling around the Fargo-Moorhead area to showcase available properties.
- Managing the check-in and check-out process for new and outgoing residents.
- Ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and standards.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Has strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Possesses a positive, customer-focused attitude and is committed to providing the best experience for our residents.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Is adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling needs.
A minimum of 3 years of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is required. A valid driver’s license, a reliable and insured vehicle, and a background check are also necessary.
