About the Job:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Lifestyle Coordinator to join our household team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert support with household management, scheduling, and administrative duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient household operation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Operations: Manage day-to-day household operations, including scheduling, meal planning, and budgeting.
  • Error-Free Scheduling: Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of family calendars, including school events, extracurricular activities, medical appointments, family travel, and social engagements.
  • Errand Assistance: Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning pickup, and gift purchasing. Develop relationships with reliable vendors to streamline household services.
  • Childcare Coordination: Coordinate children's schedules, help with school drop-offs/pick-ups (if needed), and assist in organizing after-school activities, lessons, and playdates.
  • Administrative Support: Handle light administrative duties like email correspondence, online ordering, scheduling appointments, maintaining household records, and paying bills.
