Position Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Customer & Logistics Support Representative to assist with day-to-day logistics operations and customer service. The role involves ensuring efficient order processing, managing inventory, supporting customers with their inquiries, and working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping, returns, and product issues.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges in our system.
- Maintain records of shipments, inventory levels, and warehouse activities.
- Work with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Provide status updates to customers on their orders and shipments.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product issues reported by customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while handling customer interactions.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics support is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
