About the Role :
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Influencer Marketing Strategist to support our paid partnerships, seeding and affiliate marketing, and creator events. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying top talent, negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and tracking campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical skills, and understands how to build meaningful relationships with influencers and creators.
The Creator Partnerships Strategist will report to the Sr. Manager, Creator Partnership and will be based in the Santa Monica office (hybrid remote).
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach : Identify and engage influencers and creators across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with IPSY's brand values and marketing goals.
- Contract Negotiation & Execution : Manage influencer contracts, ensuring fair terms, compliance, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Campaign Management : Execute paid partnerships, affiliate campaigns, and creator activations, ensuring timely deliverables and brand alignment.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Use tools like Tribe Dynamics to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Affiliate Program Support : Help grow and optimize our influencer seeding and affiliate marketing program, ensuring it drives meaningful revenue and brand awareness.
- Event Coordination : Support planning and execution of influencer events and brand experiences, ensuring seamless operations and high-impact engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with social media, brand partnerships, and brand marketing teams to align influencer partnerships with broader marketing goals.

Salary Range : $65,000 - $100,000 USD.
