We are looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This position would support sales and marketing in our Sisters, OR location. To be successful as a Business Development Associate, candidates should be professional, polite, organized and self-motivated. They should be proficient with computers and able to develop and effectively communicate data analysis in Microsoft Excel. They should additionally have strong internal and external communication skills.

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales.
● 2 years direct or indirect sales experience.
● Track record of successful cold calling.
● Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to document and track lead generation success
● Proficient in accurate data entry and record keeping skills
● Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who independently takes initiative when presented a
challenge.
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, CRM Data Entry, and/or other relevant software.
● Data-driven, utilize analytical tools to assist in making informed decisions.
Job Duties:
● Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
● Perform outbound phone calls/emails to develop sales prospects, manage accounts, and
complete sales
● Assist the sales and marketing department in identifying and developing leads.
● Present company offerings to potential clients
● Maintain a customer database of all inquiries, assignments, and sales made on a regular
schedule.
● Ensure the proper correspondence and fulfillment materials are sent to all prospects based on
lead priority.
● Stay informed on new practices for lead processing, market development, and telemarketing
techniques to maximize results.
● Maintain product knowledge and be able to describe Personalized Nutrients’ offering by phone or
email correspondence. Field buying questions from prospects and differentiate between our
position products vs. competitive products.
● Report progress to the Business Development Manager (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
regarding sales results
