Personalized Paper Manufacturing Group is looking to hire a part-time Graphic Designer to help maintain and grow the company’s marketing and brand initiatives. The position is expected to be 25-40 hours per week but may vary depending on needs and deadlines. The position may go full-time in the future, depending on the candidate’s demonstrated skills and the organization's needs.
The ideal Graphic Designer will be able to demonstrate effective use of visual elements, typography, images, and layout techniques to convey messages, information, or ideas visually appealing and engagingly. They will work primarily on creating product images and uploading them to the website.
A portfolio is required to demonstrate the candidate’s graphic design abilities. The portfolio may be presented online or at the time of an interview.
The basic responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to:
- Creating materials using the Adobe Creative Suite to generate layouts and designs
- Creating product images using Adobe Illustrator, Dimension, and Photoshop; uploading these images to the company website
- Designing brand communications, as needed, for the company’s website and other media
- Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs for clients to review and make revisions as requested
- Maintaining internal communication, from project start to finish, with the supervisor
- Reviewing final work with the supervisor and making final revisions for projects
- Will take on other duties as assigned

The person hired for this position can expect:
An hourly salary based on experience
The hours to be worked will be sometime between 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, depending on the availability of the candidate and the organization’s needs. We are located near I-25 and Balloon Fiesta Park.
We require a drug test and a background check as a condition of employment.
