About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Athletic Trainer to work with athletes of all ages. This role focuses on injury prevention, agility training, and off-season conditioning, providing valuable support to our community’s athletic population.
What you'll do
- Design and implement injury prevention programs tailored to individual or team needs.
- Conduct agility training sessions to improve athletic performance.
- Develop customized off-season training regimens to maintain and enhance athletic readiness.
- Collaborate with our team of therapists and community partners to ensure holistic care and support for athletes.
- Engage with diverse athletes, adapting methods to meet varied skill levels and developmental needs.
- Educate athletes, coaches, and families about best practices in injury prevention and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Current or former coaching experience, or demonstrated experience working with athletes, is highly valued.
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Athletic Trainer in Maryland.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with athletes, families, and community partners.

The pay range for this role is:
26 - 28 USD per hour(California, MD )
