Custodian / Handyman Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Assist with assembly of desks / chairs / shelves and other items to support the setup and ongoing operation of the space
- Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Help with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of the building
- Handle industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Serve as a porter by managing waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the premises
Building shelves, touch up painting, other tasks
Qualifications
General ability to assemble / build

Expected hours : 40 per week M-F 8-4 : 30 with a 30-minute lunch
