Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Physical Setting: in office
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday. 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Responsibilities
- Review of delivery exceptions on our courier's portal
- Make QA calls to patients to arrange for/accept deliveries
- Make QA calls to patients to ensure their delivery arrives as expected
- Accept incoming patient calls and provide answers or transfer to a colleague who can help address
- Receive returned patient orders and work with the Operations manager and pharmacy technicians to determine the next steps
- Inventory non-drug supplies weekly and place needed orders
- Assist Operations Manager with ad-hoc pharmacy projects
- Work with the pharmacy team to complete reships as needed
- Request patient to complete google reviews and surveys
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Good phone skills
- Good listener
- Willing to accept a challenge
- Customer service background (1-2 years)
- Computer proficient
- Knowledge of Google or Microsoft office tools
- Minimum of High school degree
