PersonalRX, a rapidly growing mail order pharmacy in Syosset, Long Island is looking to hire a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to assist our assist our pharmacy team to track patient orders and help resolve any issues.

Review of delivery exceptions on our courier's portal
· Make QA calls to patients to arrange for/accept deliveries
· Make QA calls to patients to ensure their delivery arrives as expected
· Accept incoming patient calls and provide answers or transfer to a colleague who can help address
· Receive returned patient orders and work with the Operations manager and pharmacy technicians to determine the next steps
· Inventory non-drug supplies weekly and place needed orders
· Assist Operations Manager with ad-hoc pharmacy projects
· Work with the pharmacy team to complete reships as needed
· Request patient to complete google reviews and surveys
Note: All staff may be cross trained in another related pharmacy jobs.
· Detail-oriented
· Good phone skills
· Good listener
· Willing to accept a challenge
· Customer service background (1-2 years)
· Computer proficient
· Knowledge of Google or Microsoft office tools
- Minimum of High school degree
Base salary $21-$23 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Physical Setting: in office
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday. 9:00am-5:00pm
