β° Hours: Typically 11 AM β 9 PM (subject to business needs)
We are seeking a refined, poised, and detail-oriented hospitality professional with a strong background in fine dining and upscale service.
β Brings Upscale Service Experience β Extensive experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, with a deep understanding of high-touch, personalized service.
β Has Maitre Dβ & Guest Relations Expertise β Skilled in managing reservations, engaging with VIP guests, and cultivating long-term guest relationships.
β Possesses Strong Administrative & Operational Skills β Ability to manage scheduling, floor plans, P&L, service training, and restaurant financials.
β Thrives in a Sophisticated, European-Inspired Setting β A background in classic French, European, or fine dining establishments is a plus.
β Multilingual (Preferred but Not Mandatory) β French fluency is highly desirable, but additional language skills (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus.
β Leads with Poise & Professionalism β Able to balance warmth with authority, grace under pressure, and a commitment to excellence.
