Our stunning rooftop bar is open 365 days a year, making it a go-to destination for locals, travelers, and nightlife enthusiasts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service, vibrant guest experiences, and top-tier hospitality in a venue that embodies modern luxury with an energetic edge.
This role requires closing shifts, and we are looking for someone who is not only comfortable but excited to be part of a nightlife-driven environment where service, atmosphere, and guest engagement are at the forefront. The ideal candidate is a leader who can motivate a team, handle high-volume service, and create a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Lead and manage daily operations of the rooftop bar and F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service, particularly during late-night shifts
✔ Supervise and mentor FOH staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
✔ Oversee closing shifts and late-night operations, maintaining the highest service and operational standards
✔ Enhance the guest experience, ensuring VIP clientele and regulars receive personalized, high-touch service
✔ Collaborate on beverage programs, curating exciting and innovative cocktails that align with the brand’s identity
✔ Manage inventory, costs, and profitability, ensuring all F&B operations run efficiently and meet financial targets
✔ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and all company policies
✔ Drive sales and revenue growth, leveraging promotions, events, and seasonal offerings
✔ Work closely with the hotel’s leadership team, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the venue
