We are seeking passionate and experienced Floor Managers and Assistant General Managers (AGMs) to join an exclusive members-only club opening soon in the Upper East Side, NYC. Key Responsibilities: Service & Hospitality

  • Uphold and enhance exceptional service standards across all dining spaces within the club.
  • Foster a team culture centered on passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, ensuring that every guest interaction is marked by warmth and professionalism.
  • Lead by example—maintaining the ability to step into any front-of-house role when needed, especially during peak service times or staff shortages.
  • Ensure each member experiences a refined yet inviting atmosphere, balancing charm, warmth, hospitality, and sophistication to create a uniquely personal experience.
  • Handle member requests, conflicts, and complaints with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, following company complaint-handling procedures.


Operations & Safety

  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both members and employees, proactively addressing any risks.
  • Complete incident and accident reports promptly in the event of injuries or workplace issues.
  • Ensure that all staff adhere to high standards of personal hygiene and grooming in line with the club’s expectations.
  • Oversee the management of logistics, deliveries, vendor representatives, catering operations, drivers, orders, beverages, supplies, and permits to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Leadership & Team Development

  • Cultivate an exceptional team spirit, building trust, morale, and professionalism among staff through hands-on leadership and guidance.
  • Ensure all team members are well-versed in company history, menu knowledge, service steps, and safety protocols.
  • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and mentorship to team members, recognizing achievements while addressing performance challenges when necessary.
  • Promote an environment where every team member understands and embraces the club’s values of discretion, warmth, and impeccable service.


Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, or private members’ club.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with technology systems, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, POS platforms, reservation management software, and business analysis tools.
  • Current NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain before employment).
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.


Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000 / $95,000 based on experience as we are looking for both Floor Managers and AGM level
