🔍 Who We’re Looking ForWe are searching for a rockstar GM who is equal parts leader, innovator, and service-driven operator. This is a role for someone who is obsessed with hospitality and knows how to balance high-volume intensity with thoughtful guest experiences.

✅ Must-Haves:

✔ Expertise in Cocktails & Beverage Programs – You have a deep knowledge of spirits, mixology, and bar operations. You should be able to talk cocktail theory, balance, and flavor profiles like a pro.

✔ Appreciation for Cultural Influences in Hospitality – A love for international flavors, spirits, and dynamic hospitality concepts is a big plus.

✔ Hands-On Leadership – This is not a back-office job. We need someone who leads from the floor, drives energy, and connects with both guests and staff.

✔ Business & Financial Acumen – You understand P&L management, cost controls, and how to drive revenuewhile maintaining an outstanding guest experience.

✔ Thrives in a High-Volume, High-Energy Venue – This is a bustling, late-night destination, and we need a GM who loves the rush and can handle the organized chaos of a packed bar.
