The Role:
As the General Manager, you will lead our front-of-house team, setting the standard for outstanding hospitality. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. Your experience in Michelin-starred environments will shine as you manage daily operations, guide staff, and collaborate with the kitchen to make sure every service runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a talented front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, from guest relations to managing the flow of service, ensuring consistency and quality in every guest interaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication and service that aligns with our Michelin-star standards.
- Take the lead in managing and curating our beverage program, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, to elevate the dining experience.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor financials, inventory, and labor to meet company goals, managing costs without sacrificing quality or experience.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and professional environment, and be an ambassador for our brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a Michelin-star or high-end fine dining environment.
- A strong background in beverage program management (wine, cocktails, and spirits), with a passion for curating innovative offerings.
- Outgoing, polished, and charismatic personality that sets the tone for both guests and staff.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A strong business acumen with a focus on financials, operational efficiency, and guest experience.
