Office Manager - Exciting Opportunity at a Trendy New SoHo Restaurant

This role is based in our SoHo office with a Monday to Friday schedule, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, and weekends off guaranteed.
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000

What You’ll DoAs the backbone of our administrative team, you’ll be responsible for:

Operational Support:
- Populating and distributing weekly reports to management and executive teams.
- Maintaining and organizing office and operational supplies.
- Managing vendor accounts, tracking invoices, and resolving billing issues.
- Scheduling essential services such as cleaning, extermination, or maintenance.

Administrative Excellence:
- Coding, submitting, and auditing receipts, invoices, and weekly cash reports.
- Updating customer-facing materials, including menus and marketing collateral.
- Supporting reservations for VIPs, artists, and special events.
- Ensuring website updates and managing communication with guests and vendors.

Team Collaboration:
- Coordinating staff events, birthdays, and celebrations.
- Maintaining staff lookbooks and distributing updates such as allergy matrices and food notes.
- Acting as a liaison with partner organizations and sponsors.

Financial Oversight:
- Conducting weekly cash audits and preparing bank deposits.
- Assisting with payroll reconciliation and creating detailed trading reports.
- A proactive and detail-driven individual with a passion for organization and efficiency.
- Experience in office management, hospitality operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
