🍰 About the RoleAs Pastry Chef, you will oversee the full pastry program across two settings:
- The Café (mornings) – classic viennoiserie, tarts, and daily pastry offerings
- The Bistro (evenings) – composed plated desserts, seasonal specials, and holiday menus
You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to evolve and maintain the brand's pastry identity, train and inspire the pastry team, and ensure every sweet creation upholds the standards guests have come to expect over the years.

- 🔪 Your ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of pastry production for both café and restaurant service
- Develop, test, and refine recipes for viennoiserie, pastries, and plated desserts
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food costs for the pastry department
- Train and mentor junior pastry cooks and ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Collaborate on seasonal menus, special events, and holiday offerings
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment
- Uphold DOH and company standards for food safety and sanitation
- 🎯 The Ideal Candidate5 years of experience in professional pastry kitchens; French pastry training strongly preferred
- Strong foundation in both classic and modern pastry techniques
- Highly organized, clean, and detail-oriented
- A calm and communicative leader who thrives in a respectful team culture

- Flexible and available to work some mornings and evenings, including holidays
