Who are you?
As a Triage Specialist you will efficiently assess and prioritizes incoming cases, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly and directing non-critical issues to the appropriate resources. They act as the first point of contact, providing quick, accurate evaluations and facilitating smooth workflow across departments or teams.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following :
- Review referrals to identify possible high dollar concerns and case management needs, upload case referrals for potential case management
- Create cases in a computer software program
- Accurate Stop Loss notification for potential high dollar claims
- Provide admin support to assigned nurses
- Monitor cases under high dollar case type; close cases in a timely manner when no further needs are identified
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain complete and detailed documentation of case information in the software computer systems
- Be able to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Ability to meet metrics monthly
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
