With exceptional design skills, experience in high-fidelity prototyping, and a track record of improving tools and frameworks, you'll contribute to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture while fostering a healthy design process.Role Requirements : What you need to succeed
12 years of Product Design experience,
or related field, working in a scaled or scaling tech companyExperience
defining business requirements
for a complex area, across one or multiple teamsExceptional in dimensions of design, e.g.,
Product thinking, Interaction Design, Execution, Visual Craft, PrototypingSkilled in using
high-fidelity prototyping tools
and scales their impact through tools, driving company any level objectivesExperience developing and
improving tools, frameworks, or existing systemsTrack record of proactively
identifying and driving initiatives
