Paralegal - Estate Planning

World-class Oakland County law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their team. Ideal candidate must have at least six years of paralegal experience working with trusts and estates, including post-death administration. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in corporate law and real estate transactions.  Responsibilities include :

• Assisting attorneys with the administration of estates and trusts, including drafting documents and managing timelines.
• Coordinating the post-death administration process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Supporting real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and closing processes.
• Providing assistance with corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance.

Preferred Candidates should have either a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, must have excellent organizational skills, advanced technology skills, and ability to deal with clients and opposing parties.

This is a direct hire position for in office work (remote work needs accommodated) in a newly renovated Birmingham office with a supportive, collegial, and family environment culture with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
