Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Selmer, TN. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and placing qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future staffing needs.
Client Communication:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing progress and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
Temporary Staff Engagement:
- Oversee the onboarding process for temporary staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with temporary employees to assess performance, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to candidate profiles, placements, and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in recruiting, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
