We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Teller to join a team in Tallahassee, FL. The Teller will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the bank’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of banking or cash handling experience and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits :
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $15 to $20, depending on experience. They also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and disability insurance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
- Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other financial transactions
- Balance cash drawer and ensure adherence to dual control and compliance regulations
- Monitor cash balances in the bank vault, cash drawers, and ATMs
- Assist with new account transactions and customer account servicing
- Promote and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs
- Support team members and provide assistance across various customer service areas
