Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Marketing Executive to oversee and execute key marketing projects, drive business development strategies, and enhance our brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, delivering high-impact marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities to support overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing campaigns, product launches, and business development initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to drive leads and conversions.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals. Manage digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless project execution. Lead and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development efforts. Prepare reports for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and delivering top-quality service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or project management roles, with atleast1 year of experience at an executive level.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Must have experience leading a team of employees.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with project management tools) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Ability to travel 30% of time.
