Personnel Resources is looking to hire a Customer Care Coordinator for a local transportation company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will need to be proficient in Excel and Outlook, and have great phone communication skills.
Pay will start at $13.50 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Job Duties :
- Collecting pre-move surveys and updating the company software
- Tracking shipments time of arrival and delivery information
- Monitor email to clear shipments are the arrive and provide main point of contact for moves internally and externally
- Secure customer payments and ensure the agent has accurate information
- Act as liaison between the customer and the agent to determine the best times for crews to come pack and move the shipment
